Laurie E. Spitz,
Director
A Chicago native, Laurie has worked with NICKERSON since
2004, as Director, working to build the company in business
development. Her forte is in the dental realm, as she specializes
in PR and marketing for companies geared to the dental industry.
Her clients have included those who focus on dental implants,
dental lasers and sedation dentistry. She also currently serves
as the Communications Director for Smileboston Cosmetic and
Implant Dentistry, in Boston.
Laurie’s academic background
includes a double BA degree in marketing, business administration,
advertising, and public relations from Drake University. Prior
to joining the NICKERSON team, Laurie worked with Stagecoach
Executive Car Service as Director of Marketing, Milton’s
Clothing Store in Human Resources and Sales, and Florida-based
Ad-Ease Promotional Specialties as Marketing and Sales Director.
Laurie’s energy comes from working with her clients as
they re-discover and share their passion for their companies.
That is what PR and marketing is all about for Laurie, as she
takes that wealth of information and creates that excitement
for the public. Laurie spends her free time with her family;
her husband of 15 years Steven, Hayden 11, Jocelyn 8 and Kayla
5. She is an avid photographer, loves her Starbucks (a prerequisite
at NICKERSON), and enjoys running – by herself and after her
kids.
